Firstly, we would like to thank you all for the support shown in this difficult time, we can not be more appreciative.
To try and keep you and our staff as safe as possible, we have had to change a few things.
Social Kids
Climbing is growing in popularity with kids, it is a great way to make friends, exercise, gain confidence and generally have a great time.
Here at Social Climbing we offer climbing to kids over the age of 5. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to have a supervisor over the age of 18. Strictly one adult per two under 18s!
Please also bare in mind everyone under the age of 18 will need to have their registration form filled out by a parent or court appointed legal guardian BEFORE arrival!
Social supervisors
All supervisors will have to register as well as the climbers! You will have to do this BEFORE you arrive at the centre.
We have a strict 1 adult to 2 under 18s, so please check before you come that you have enough adults!
If you are taking any under 5s into the centre, please be aware they will not be able to go onto the matting and will need to be continuously supervised whilst in the centre.
Kids Club
We are offering Kids Clubs for ages 5 to 12! Two age groups; 5 to 8 and 9 to 12.
These sessions are more casual and focused on having fun! They are perfect for brand new climbers and kids that enjoy climbing in a more relaxed format.
Saturday 11:30am to 12:30pm
Saturday 2:30pm to 3:30pm

nibas
The National Indoor Bouldering Award Scheme (NIBAS) is a nationwide scheme designed to provide a structured progression for young climbers to progress from complete novices through to experienced indoor boulderers. It is open to candidates aged 7 and upwards. It is designed to get young people into climbing!
These sessions are not suited for new climbers, participants should be confident and climbed several times prior to the sessions.

We welcome having birthday parties here at Social! Here is some information for you if you are interested.

£30 non-refundable deposit - must have 2 weeks notice!
Please be aware that if the kids want to climb after the hour session - you will need to meet the 2 to 1 supervisor requirement.
