What is Social Climbing?
It's a 7,500sq ft bouldering-only centre with 700m² of climbing surface. We've also got a workout area upstairs, with 2 shower rooms. Kids' parties also welcome!

Our brand is a homage to the rebellious group of 70s climbers - the Stonemasters. They pioneered the art of social climbing whilst breaking every rule and making new ones. Taking partying as seriously as their sport, the Stonemasters pioneered the art of solo free-climbing without ropes and scaled the toughest faces and boulders of Yosemite.

The minimum age to climb with us is 5 years old.
​
If you are between the ages of 5 and 17 you will need a supervisor at all times while climbing.
​
We have a strict policy of 1 adult to every 2 under 18s.
As supervisors have to be on the matting to watch, they must fill out a safety waiver form also! Click the register in advance button below.
A coaching scheme aimed at 7 years and older. This course is designed to get the younger generationinto climbing. Here at Social Climbing we are running 3 levels. Levels one & two are 6 week courses.

Not sure what to bring? All you need are clothes you don't mind getting a bit sweaty in! Try and avoid jeans!

If you don't have your own climbing shoes don't worry, we have some you can rent when you get here.

If you are taking any kids with you, make sure their parents have signed their waiver before they arrive! Check the 'Kids' section for more information.
