Job Description – Customer Service Representative

At Social Climbing we are very proud of providing a welcoming, safe, and fun environment with our team being the front of the business. Excellent customer service is key to the role as well as good teamwork and organisational skills. Knowledge of climbing and products relating to climbing is desired but not essential as full training is given!

Contract will be zero hours and hours will predominantly be used as staff cover.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the centre is clean and tidy. (Chalk gets everywhere!)

  • Introducing new guests to the centre via an induction process.

  • Running basic kids sessions such as kids clubs and birthday parties.

  • Working in the café area.

  • Working on reception, answering the phone, basic computing skills.

  • Assisting the Duty Manager during the working day.
